Each player should read the following instructions carefully before starting the game!

It is strongly advised, although not mandatory, to have played "Apocalypse: Sign of the Cross" before playing "Babylon".

"Apocalypse: Babylon" is an investigation game inspired by escape games. You can play it alone, but we strongly advise you to gather a team of 2 to 3 (up to 4) players.

Some of the descriptions and pictures may be offensive to some, and the game is recommended for 16+ players.

Unlike traditional escape games, "Apocalypse: Babylon" is not played with a countdown. But you will have the option to start a timer, to give you an idea of how much time you spent. Most team complete the game in 45 to 90 minutes.

"Apocalypse" is a cooperative game. It is important that you COMMUNICATE your findings to the other players.

Look carefully at every single element of the game. Clues might be everywhere. We encourage you to double check what other players have done: let them know that they shouldn't be offended, and that mistakes or oversights happen easily!

It is important to take notes along the investigation. It is possible that some clues found early in the game will only be used later on. Try to make connections between the various objects and documents. Some of them can be used several times.

To solve some of the puzzles, an Internet connection, an email address and a Facebook account are required. A smartphone is sufficient, but we do recommend that you use a tablet or a laptop if possible. Don't hesitate to search for information online. If you're expecting an email and you haven't received it after 1 minute or so, please check your spam box.

If you're stuck during the game and need some help solving a puzzle, online hints will help you through. It is up to you to decide when to use them. Just like a regular escape game, it is very hard to complete the game without at least 1 or 2 hints.
